We would ask that you bear in mind that we are not a typical resort. We offer a private, self-contained, fully serviced villa/apartment. We provide excellent personal service and will always do our best to ensure that your stay is everything you expect. We are off the beaten track - this guarantees our guests privacy and a very peacefull place to stay - but since we are a 15 minute walk from the beach, you may wish to consider renting a motorcycle or ATV.

When you stay with us at Koh Tao Star Villa for a minimum of 5 nights, we will give you a 15% discount off your future visits. And
each time you stay with us for 5 nights or more, we will give you an additional 5% off up to a maximum of 30%. This discount
cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers but we will always ensure that repeat cusomers get better discounts. There must
be a minimum of 15 days between and two ‘qualifying visits’.

By popular demand we are publishing rental rates for people looking to stay at Koh Tao Star Villa for extended periods of time.
To qualify for these rates, your booking must be for a minimum of 30 days; a deposit of 30% of the first 30 days of your stay
is required to secure your booking; the balance is payable on arrival unless previously agreed in writing with the management of Koh
Tao Star Villa. No other discounts or promotions can apply. The following rates are for our one-bedroom apartments:
Please note that a 30% deposit is required when booking with us. This is non returnable. The balance is payable in Thai
Baht upon arrival.
Low season runs from 1st May to 14th July and 16th September to 14th December.
High season runs from 16th Jan to 30th April.
Peak season runs
from 15th July to 15th September and 15th December to 15th January.

Book 3 calandar months in advance of your
stay and receive a 10% discount.
Book 6 calandar months in advance of your stay and receive a 20% discount.
Please note that discounts do not apply to the Christmas / New Year Period.
Low Season: 1,250 baht per night. High Season: 1,350 baht per night.
Peak Season: Not Available.
If required, an extra bed can be provided at a cost of 200 baht a night.
